OK, I honestly had a pretty unlucky day.

I have around five alarms to wake me up for class. Today I slept through every one of them except the 5:40 one, and I was supposed to leave at like...5:40. 

Which, if you think about it, is super early, especially since class starts at 7:30...but no, traffic says nice try though. Luckily I did get to school on time. Somehow.

I had to sacrifice breakfast to get to school on time so by the time my first subject came along I was ready to eat my chair. By the way, this was my first day of real face-to-face classes!

Thankfully I had recess after my first subject so I no longer felt the need to stuff my stomach. It's one of the things I like about my schedule. 

One thing I don't is how all my classes are an hour and thirty minutes each. I actually ended up falling asleep during the subjects before lunch. And then after. Model behavior for the first day of class, I know. I got food at the canteen for lunch and I was surprised at how expensive it got compared to when I was an eighth-grader. Good food though, so I really wasn't going to complain.

After school it took two hours for my driver to come pick me up. It was...pretty embarrassing. I watched a few videos and facetimed with my cat while I waited. Also, for some reason I'm still really recognizable with my mask. Not sure how to feel about this.

And then traffic hits me again! It took us two hours to get home. I wonder if this was punishment for waking up late.

I fell asleep as soon as I got home and then I woke up at 1AM. Which meant I missed my Duolingo. Fear not, I always have my streak freeze stocked so my 803 day streak lives on.

Then I went back to sleep. So, yeah - unlucky. 

Let's hope tomorrow is better.
