OK, so I wasn't expecting to do anything more than listen to 1989 (Taylor's Version) today, but it kinda sorta just happened?

By the way, today's sky was so beautifully blue. I don't normally like such a deep blue but...wow.

1989 TAYLOR'S VERSION!

We had mass at the chapel for an hour and then we went back to our classrooms where we all anticipated the drop. I was so excited. While waiting we all talked about 1989 and our favorite songs. For a while now, my favorites have been All You Had To Do Was Stay and Clean.

At 12PM sharp, it dropped, and it was glorious.

IT WAS AMAZING.

First listen - my favorite vault song is probably Say Don't Go. I looove Now That We Don't Talk too.

We had more classes afterwards but I was honestly just thinking about 1989 the entire time. I searched up the lyrics and I am always in awe of Taylor's pen. I wanna know what goes on inside her mind tbh.

Now, my friend Jazz has her birthday tonight, but she only told us last night...! I usually need like at least two days notice so my parents agree for me to go so I unfortunately couldn't go...

...is what I thought, but then my brothers said they were going to go hangout with their friends, which meant that I would also be allowed to go hangout with my friends. Yay!

My friends and I got a grab to the hotel where it was happening. There were exactly 6 of us so it was perfect. The grab arrived and the driver helped us get into our seats. 

My friend Lauren and I looked at each other with the most understanding eyes ever because the driver was beekeeping age. 

He had such awesome fashion and music taste too. He had on Linkin Park PLUS he was singing under his breath in the huskiest most attractive way ever. 

I fell asleep on the way so when we arrived Lauren woke me up. When we were getting out of the car the driver helped me out and asked if I was alright. I was actually dead at this point. Kuya driver pls I miss you.

Jazz met us at the lobby of the hotel and we went up to the room!

We met with our other friend who was also there. Jazz's mom told us to have fun and left us alone. We had a giant gossip/catch up session with chips and dip.

Around 9PM the party started with all of Jazz's relatives. We ended up staying until like 10PM which was WAYYY over my curfew so I had to take a grab home immediately.

Before I left though, there was a confetti popper that went off right on top of me. I looked like a disco ball trying to get home. It's okay, at least everyone knows I had a lot of fun.

(note: writing this the next day but I found so much confetti in my bed it's actually awful T_T)
