Schools went back online for this week because of the jeepney phaseout, so my family and I have been staying at our other house since there's more to do here.

Thing is, there isn't a lot of signal in my other house so I've been going out and having class in the weirdest places. I've also been eating the same meal from Denny's for breakfast every day since Monday.

But! Today I had truffle pasta for breakfast. It was really good. I'm still craving it.

Anyway! My friends and I watched a play today. It was super awesome. And brutal. And it was in my native language, which I've always had trouble with. Honestly, the entire time I was watching, I was questioning my nationality. I've literally grown up in this country my entire life. There's absolutely no reason why I shouldn't be good at speaking it???

But yeah. During intermission, my friend and I went to the bathroom to look at myself in the mirror. 

The line was super long but there was this one woman with the cutest bag ever. It was red and had pompoms. She kinda looked like my mom. So I told her I liked her bag. She said thank you and then my friend was like ???Ria that was one of the VIPS. And I was like..............oops.

After the show, we went out to eat. The restaurants weren't super far from the theatre but we did have to cross some roads. My shoelaces kept going untied so I was pretty sure I was gonna get run over at one point. I'm still writing this so yep. I'm still alive.

I miss real school. This week has been pretty fun though.
